With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerold Omar Nysven of Osseo, Wisconsin, born in Strum, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenza Otilia (Skoug) and Oscar Nysven; his wife Elaine Nelson of Hale; and his siblings, Leonard Nysven and Helen Goplerud.
He is survived by: his children, Jon "Kirk" Nysven of Strum, Kathy LaBarre (Ron) of Bradenton and Robert Nysven (Kim) of Woodville, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Anna Cuddy (Chris) of Osseo, Lara Nysven of Strum, Sam LaBarre of Ventura, Gabe LaBarre of Minneapolis, Sever Nysven (Megan) of Strum and Tess Nysven of Strum; his great grandchildren, Bentley Nysven of Strum, Lizzy, Alex and Drew Cuddy of Osseo; his close friend Louise Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Nysven and Georgia Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to covid restrictions, facemasks and social distancing will be required and space at the service will be limited.
