He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy Johnson (Peterson); his nephew Rodrick Jacobson; and his niece Kimberly Jacobson. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Jacobson (Loren) and Jean Deatrick (Eldon Feist); his nieces and nephews, David Jacobson, Steven Deatrick (Diane), Heidi Deatrick (Kim Hauschild), Heather Deatrick and Katherine Deatrick Trimble; and his stepdaughter Dawn Caballeroperez.
