He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moulis and June Moulis (Johnson); his grandson Paxton William John Moulis; and his siblings, Sheryl Moulis and John Moulis.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Moulis; his children, Jessica Moulis and Luke Moulis (Sandy); his grandchildren, Maggie, Sebastian, Padmae, Elliot, Alice, Hayden and Kipton; and his sister Laurel Moulis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins in La Crosse, and a large extended family.
