He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Babcock and Lorraine Babcock (Haensgen); and his wife Linda Luoma. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Rodriguez and Cathy Immel (Tony); his grandchildren, Brianna and Caleb Immel; and his siblings, Donna Warner, Lawrence Babcock and Robert Babcock (Mary Jane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
