He is survived by: his wife Judy Hesser (Ohlrich); his children, Doug (Gail) and Vicki; his granddaughters, Sarah and Amanda; and his nieces, Debbie Strick (Mike), Robin Temmer (Brad) and Suzie Brandl (Scott).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established where all financial gifts will be donated to the Beja Shrine Transportation Fund or the Masonic Temple Lodge 27.
