She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vest and Lorice Vest; and her brother Frank Vest. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Edlund (Sierra) and Kelly Samples; her stepdaughters, Angie and Megan Leitz; her grandchildren, Kole Paltzer, Soleil Edlund, Louis Delise III, Alyssa Zimmerman, Briar Diener, Aubrey McCarthy, Nick, Laine Samples, Jakobe, Jordyn, Dominic, Emma, Jadia and Kaya; and her brothers, Mike Vest and Paul Vest.
