He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor J. Sr. Blomberg and Lois Blomberg (Bayles); and his close friends, Michael Peerenboom and Brian Schmidt (Kristina Ward). He is survived by: his daughter Anna Novotny (Ben); his close friend Shirley Cline; and also, Shawn Cline, Daniel Owens and Steven Owens.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Seefeld Funeral Home (1025 Oregon St, Oshkosh, WI 54902).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in his honor.
