He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Wepner and Bessie Wepner (Sharp); his siblings, Robert Wepner (Connie), Alice Prellwitz (Ray), John Wepner (Vera) and Betty Rohde (Cyril); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Burling, Arla Galow (Orin) and Elaine White (Edward).
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wepner; his children, Dr. Terry Wepner (Teri) and Vernell Theisen (Jospeh); his grandchildren, Tom Theisen (Heather), Dr. Jennifer Mauel (David), Christopher Theisen (Tiffany), Matthew Theisen (Charlene Fares), Paul Theisen (Mai Kou Vang), Travis Wepner (Krysty Korab) and John Theisen (Kate); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Alexander, Miles, Isiah, Olivia, Emmitt, Evan, Caleb, Lucia, Micah, Philip and James; and his sister Marjorie Burling.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (240 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901).
