He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Glatz and Blanche Glatz (Bruehmueller); his wife Cindy Glatz; his daughter Jennifer Marie Magnuson (Roger); his parents-in-law, Lester and Virgina Wachholz (Waterman); and his sister-in-law Mary Glatz (Chase).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Ramsay Hunt Syndrome Foundation.
