We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2019, at the age of 79, Shirley Oltra (Oshkosh, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Moss and Edith Moss (Storey); her husband Claude Oltra; and her sister Arlene Moss Irmen. She is survived by: her sons, Marc and Alain Oltra (Deborah); her grandchildren, Stephanie Schmidt (Josh) and Joshua Oltra; her great grandchildren, Alex and Adilynn; and her sister Marilyn Hadel (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
