Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Abler and Gladys Abler; and her friend Jim Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Peterson and John Peterson (Amanda); her granddaughter Harper Peterson; her siblings, Sue Maciejewski (Ken) and Tom Abler (Natalie); and her pets, Barney and Gracie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society, an organization close to Sandra's heart.
