She was predeceased by: her parents, William Merkel and Beatrice Getchel (Ceelen); her husband Darwin Kienert; and her siblings, Thomas Merkel and Susan.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Sawicki (Becky), Lori Ulrich and Lisa Busby (Robert Davies); her grandsons, Justin Sawicki (Mira Kaetzel) and Blake Busby; her sisters, Denise Griedl (Gary) and Corine Roberts; and her close friends, Kay and Sheila. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904).
A memorial has been established for the Boys & Girls Club, Oshkosh, WI.
