She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Metko and Janet Metko; her sister Jodee Thompson; and her nephew Jacob Beck. She is survived by: her husband Daryle Hazen; her son Nathan Hazen (Jennifer); her brother Kurt Metko (Linda Hartman); her nieces, Brooke Zeamer (Matthew) and Kate Thompson (Samantha O'Dell); her grandsons, Zachary and Lucas Hazen; her aunt Christy; and her uncle Jack Koch. She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established to support the Christine Ann Center and The Salvation Army.
