He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stark and Shirley Stark (Smith); his daughter-in-law Courtney Stark; his sister Sandy; and his brother-in-law Tim Winkler.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Mike, Cory (Rachelle) and Jason; his grandson Brian; his siblings, Randy Stark (Beth), Sue Portman (Erv) and Shelby Goranson (Allan); and his brother-in-law Lyle Hemp (Sheryl).

Any memorials will be made to heart or kidney organizations.
