He is survived by: his children, Paula Perry (Frank) and Paul Bokelman (Marie Umbay); his grandchildren, Brittany Hoppa (Steven), Brandon Perry (Taylor Smestad) and Ashly Garcia (Chris); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Perry, Gideon Perry, Aiden Hoppa, Liliana Perry, Ella Hoppa, Urijah Garcia and Annalynn Garcia; his siblings, Ronald (Marti), Mark (Clare), Wayne (Vicki), Gregory Bokelman, Antoinette Clark, Elizabeth Anderson and Patricia Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Bokelman and Joel Levesque.
