With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E. Raffit (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Diane Edwards (Dave), Judy Gutgsell (Bill), Laverne Halvey (Martin), Theresa Humprey (Daniel), Joanne Baker (Todd), Anne Soenksen, Lisa Palfrey (Mark) and Michele Henschied (Mike); and his parents, Edward and Julia.
