Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Locke of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, born in Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 76, on November 15, 2020. She was predeceased by: her significant other Howard Locke; and her parents, Ed Prescott and Ruth Prescott. She is survived by: her son Mike Locke (Danette); her grandchildren, Alex and Zach; her daughter Renee Truttmann (Jon); her grandchildren, Riley and Rachel; her son Randy Locke (Sue); her daughter-in-law Amy Locke; her grandchildren, James, Thomas and Eddy; and her siblings, Fran King (Tom), George Prescott (Judi), John Prescott (Jan), Kasey Pendl (Gary), Ralph Prescott (Bernadette), Theresa Delphonse (Marc) and E. J. Prescott (Varyl). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
