He was instrumental in organizing the association many years ago and encouraged me to join shortly thereafter and doubt if he hardly missed a meeting. He bettered the broadcast trade through SBE and his involvement in Clinics and meetings. Thank you, Mark. I'm sure you are aware your efforts were appreciated. Ron Viste retired WEAU-TV”

He was also instrumental in the birth of our second WEUX TV He was a very kind man, always willing to go out of his way to help anybody that needed a hand. In all the years we worked together never saw him angry, which was an amazing tribute to his character. My condolences to his family at this difficult time. he will forever be in my thoughts.
