With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn M Schmidt of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marilyn left this world on July 1, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Seibold and Adella Seibold (Steig); her husband Fred R. Schmidt; her siblings, Germaine (Bud Rhyner) and Clifford Selenka; her children-in-law, Kim Schmidt and Lee Bartlett; her siblings-in-law, Elmer Schmidt, Carl Schmidt, Roger Bricco and Regina Bricco; and also, Lawrence and Bertha Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Bartlett, Catherine Leduc, David Schmidt and Karen Schmidt (Dan Weisheipl); her grandchildren, Jessica Brady (Andrew Koster), Meagan Potratz, Taylor Potratz (Tessa), Christopher Bartlett (Libby), Kate Wagner (Michael), Michael Schmidt, Patrick Schmidt (Emma) and William Cuttill; her brothers, Bud Seibold (Pat) and Don Seibold (Judy); and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Schmidt, Audrey Muelemans (Roger), Debbie Klinge (Harlan) and Dennis Schmidt (Julie). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be used to purchase a memorial bench or tree in Menominee Park.
