He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lukasavage (Jason) and Travis Tovar (Susan); his grandchildren, Emmah Tovar (Nic), Sophie, Madalynn Lukasavage, Rebecca, Isabelle, Caroline and Olivia Tovar; his great grandchildren, Brielle Lukasavage, Boone, Briar and Caper Tovar; his siblings, Alfred "Fritz" Tovar (Lois Ann), Esther Berger, Eva Hoeft, Elvira "Bira" Hesse (Walter), Albert Tovar, Elida "Ellie" Hesse (Glen), Elva "Robbie" Tovar, David "Davy" Tovar (Jenny), Elsa "Molly" Tovar and Elmira "Cookie" Preston; and his close friends, Doug Bahrke, Betty Edmondson, Jim, Judy Hidde, Mike, Lisa Nishamuta, Betty Shaw and Dave Varilek.
