With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Nolte of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on March 14, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nolte and Doris Nolte (Albrecht); his brother Bill; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Eleanor Rasmussen; his brothers, Noel (Jean Rasmussen), Ronald (Barbara Rasmussen) and Jim (Linda Rasmussen); and his nephew Vince Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, John Jr. and Stacey Ryback (Scott); his granddaughters, Sydney Ryback (Tristen), Samantha Ryback and Mackenzie Nolte; his sister-in-law Judy Nolte; and his aunt Helen Getchel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (830 S Westhaven Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oshkosh Police Department or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
