He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sullivan and Florence Sullivan (Fradgley); his sister Patricia; and his niece Terri. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sullivan; his son Michael of Stoughton, WI; and his siblings, Steven (Nancy), Kathy Rackozy (Dennis) of Lake, Sheila Vranek (Mike) of Crystal Lake, IL. and Eileen Tellier (Rick) of Ormond Beach, FL.
