He is survived by: his wife Shari Gilbertson of Joseph's Church; his children, Janet Tierney (Martin), James Jr. and Jeanne Smith (Joe); his grandsons, Caleb and Alex; his sisters, Jo-Anne Keller (Jim) and Judy Zackin (Hank); and his sister-in-law Mary Supple (Dan).
