He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sweet and Edna Sweet; his wife Shirley (Fisher); and his siblings, Bill, Doris, Ruth and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Maslan (Don) and Janie Smith (Richie); his grandsons, Steven, Thomas Maslan (Rheanna) and Rex Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Ray and Robert Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 1194 E Mt Morris Rd, Mt Morris, MI 48458. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
