He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Holmes and Norma Holmes (Brown); and his brother Ron Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Edna; his children, Frank III Holmes (Julie) of Oshkosh and Julie LaFleur (John) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Frank IV, Monica and Melia; and his siblings, Vivian Krasavage, Verna McGinnis, Pat Holmes, Ken Holmes and Larry Holmes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes - Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
