She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Sosnowski and Victoria Sosnowski; her brothers, Dominic and Ed Sosnowski; and her husband Leonard Jendraszak.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Herman (Walter), Michael (Terri) and Diane Bartlett (Kerry). She is also survived by extended family and friends, including nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
