It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Muza of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fleming and Irene Fleming (Hanish); her husband John Muza; her brothers, Keith and John Fleming; her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Fleming, Helen Schuster, Mary Rutz (Choppy), Elaine Muza, Leo Muza, Herbert Rutz and Alois Schuster; and her granddaughter Vanessa Muza Teskey Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, James Muza of Sierra Madre, CA, Mary Muza of Oshkosh, Barbara Muza Reed (Paul) of Oshkosh, Mike Muza (Lexine) of Oshkosh and Dan Muza of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Patrick Muza (Meghan), Amie Muza Teskey (Darrin), Dr. Katie Reed, Dr. Madeline Reed Jones (Nathan), Michaela Muza-Hendrix (Tyler) and Jensen Muza; her great grandchildren, Henry Hendrix and Ellie Muza; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Fleming of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (605 Merritt Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Dorothy requested donations be made to St. Mary Parish of Oshkosh or the American Cancer Society.
