He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barnard and Alma Barnard (Hayden). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Barnard (Lloyd); his children, C. Thomas Barnard (Jessica) of Agoura Hills, CA, Daniel Barnard (Jennifer) of Avon, IN, E. Brynne Clippard (Tom) of Beverly, IL and Steven Barnard (Natalie) of Glen Ellyn, IL; his stepsons, Michael Gierczyk of Willow Springs, IL and Marty Gierczyk of Shaker Heights, OH; his brother James Barnard of Skokie; his uncle Harley Barnard of Ladoga, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Lloyd (Jan), Michael Lloyd (Ellen), Allen Lloyd (Judy), Susan Lloyd and Russell Diener (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
