She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Schukow and Alice Schukow. She is survived by: her husband John Hawig of Oshkosh; her daughter Lisa Spaeth (Brian) of Oshkosh; her grandson Aiden Spaeth of Oshkosh; her brother Brian Schukow (Lynn) of Brooklyn Center, MN; her niece Jessica Bush (Thomas); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tobias and Talia of Brooklyn Park, MN; and her aunt Mitzi Papenfuss of Oshkosh. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2450 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or the Oshkosh Area Humane Society in Brenda's name are appreciated.
