He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Howard and Eldora Howard (Arndt); his wife Muriel Conklin (Pat); his sisters, Ethel Weitenbeck, Sylvia Larke, Joyce Cook, Freida Spanbauer, Maragaret Howard, Sadie Howard and Dorothy Howard (Harvey Howard); and his children, Scott Howard, Barbara Rees, Edward Rees and Randall Rees.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Howard (Carol), Vickie Spaulding (Paul), Pamela Ryckman (James), Jeffery Howard and Dorothy (Michael); his grandchildren, Carrie, Joseph, Randall, Rachel, Brooke, Amy, Emily and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Dakota and Bristol.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home (865 S Westhaven Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
