It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew T. Ballard (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Ballard and Mary Ballard; his wife Linda; his daughter Alexis; and his siblings, Robert (Joyce), Ronald (Josie Vallone), Sue Hogard (Michael) and Sara Maitri (Karen McIntyre).

In Lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name.
