She is survived by: her parents, Gary Weeks and Judy Weeks (Frisk) of Mahtomedi, MN; her children, Jeffrey, Jada and Jace; her brother Gary Weeks (Mindy) of Harris, MN; her nieces and nephews, Mikayla, Alicia, Garret, Owen, Christian and Jaxon; and her former husband Gordon Wyman (Travis Kujath).
