He is survived by: his children, Monica Merhar (Jason), Missy Osborn and Jason (Jessica); his grandchildren, Paige, Alyssa, Curtis and Noelle; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Eli, Addison and Kasen; his sisters, Theresa Iverson and Linda Lonetto; and his friend Kathy Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
