He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neumann and Leona Neumann. He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his children, Bjorn Neumann (Jamie) of New Richmond, Crystal Ruter (Derek) of Shannon, IL and Brett Neumann (Beth) of River Falls, WI; and his grandchildren, Ben Neumann, Gabbie Neumann, Payton Ruter, Brayden Richison, Haylee Weidell, Maddisyn Weidell and Brynnleigh Neumann.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
