It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Raffesberger of Osceola, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Raffesberger and Laurice Raffesberger; and his siblings, Cheryl Raffesberger and Don "Chill Boy" Raffesberger. He is survived by: his wife Deb Rose; his daughter Emily Raffesberger (Bailey Wendorf); his sisters, Jeanne Raffesberger and Sharon Lambert; his parents-in-law, Herm and Therese Rose; and his siblings-in-law, Mike, Rika Rose, Jeff, Janice Haley, Stefanie Rose and Jason Braaten.
