He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wurst and Phyllis Wurst (Sodergren); and his sister Jacqueline. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Castillo (Kirleen), Cristina Mlejnek (Jason), Rachel Swenson (Eric) and Peter Wurst; and his siblings, Charlene Flotterud (Daniel), Faith Niemann (Richard) and David Wurst (Beth). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
