She was predeceased by: her father Mike. She is survived by: her children, Olivia and Carter; her mother Vickey; her siblings, Jen, Julie (Darin), John and Jacob (Cassie); and her nieces and nephews, Mckenzie, Jaylynn, Nathan and Jacob Jr.. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
