He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Frank Wolter and Avis McKenzie Wolter; his aunts, Flora Belle and Ida; his uncle Ken; and his brother-in-law Del.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel (Joe); his grandchildren, Colin, Gabryelle and Garret; his sister Cheryl; and his nephews, Bryan (Katie) and Matt (Kristie).
