He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Sanford Lee and Elizabeth Lee (Matheson); his wife Janice Haga (Haga); his brother David Lee; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Godsey (Mary) and George Hendrickson (Sandra).

He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Susie) and Mike (Amy); his grandchildren, Abbie (Joel), Garrett, Brianna and Logan; and his sisters, Mary Godsey and Sandra Hendrickson. He is also survived by many in laws, nieces and cousins.
