He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Johns and Gloria Moffatt (Pepler). He is survived by: his wife Doris Olson; his brother Larry (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Julie Munson (Harry), Christine Greene (Paul) and Ronny Olson (Linda); his children, Zach and Amy; and his grandsons, Nick Perronteau and Jackson Johns. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, friends.

Because of COVID 19 a private family service will be held.
