He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Nelson and Frances Nelson; his wife Ann Louise Schulze; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth, Lucille, Dick, Harry and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Darron (Melanie), Kyle (Vanessa) and Lanae; his grandchildren, Tyler, Treigh (Alexandra), Ann and Ben; his great grandchild Holden; and his sisters, Janice, Gloria, Beth (Sharon) and Susan. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and a large extended family.
