He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Green (Potting); his children, Jared Green (Jennie) and Amy Green; his grandchildren, Joshua and Jillian; and his siblings, Dave (Chris), Danny, Jeff (Peggy), Rick, Sherry Madden (Dave), Cindy Kostka (Lance) and Vicki Moore (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
