He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ammermann and Donna Ammermann (Benedict); and his brother Roy. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Britta Johnson (Alex), Amanda Stevenson (Grant) and Leslie Moltzer; his grandchildren, Arlo, Gabby, Avery, Courtney, Austin and Jason; his siblings, Michael Ammermann (Carol), Diane Conlon (Dan), Randal Ammermann (Margaret) and Debra Vossen (Jeff Olson); and his pet Tiger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
