She was predeceased by: her father Walter Osborne; her husband Charles Frank; her mother Doris Osborne; and her siblings, Louis Osborne, Elwanda Osborne and Doris Olsen.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Frank (Josie) and Stacy Jacobsen (Nate); her siblings, Clarence Osborne, Donald Osborne, Darryl Osborne, Daniel Osborne, Linda Marlowe and Debra Stewart; and her grandchildren, Tiana Frank, Katie Ann Frank and Shane Frank. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
