We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 68, David Jay Lakoduk of Osceola, Wisconsin, born in Minot, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Cynthia (Steven); and his nephew Robert. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda (Cory); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kinzee (Abram), Jordyn, Lane, Reichen, Avleigh, Griffin, Leland, Tucker, Maggie and JoyAnna; his great grandchild Ely; and his siblings, Joyce (Ed), Sandra (Gary), Myron (Veronica), Harold and Duane (Trang). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
