He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Swiontek and Pearl Swiontek; and his siblings, Russel Swiontek, Henry Swiontek, Lee Cross and Loren Sparby.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Cheryl Woehl (Keith Roessel), David Swiontek (Diane), Nancy Daniel (Chris) and Mark Swiontek; his grandchildren, Joshua Woehl, Adam Wale, Jessica Woehl, Andrea Skinner, Michael Swiontek, Mindy Diehl, Zachary Daniel, Alexander Daniel and Matthew Swiontek; his siblings, Darlene Sparby, Shirley Cross, Michael Swiontek (Maggie), Larry Swiontek (Debbie) and Darrel Swiontek (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Carol Swiontek. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
