She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Lau and Sophie Lau (Boettcher); her former husband John Goberville; her husband Bill Beattie; her siblings, Ruth Hjelle (Morris), Elmer Lau (Lorraine) and Robert Lau (Harriet); and her brother-in-law Ralph Berg.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Goberville of Fitchburg, WI and Brad Goberville of Augusta, WI; her grandson Samuel Goberville; her sister Carol Berg; her stepson James Beattie (Renee); her stepgrandsons, Nicholas (Danielle) and David Beattie; her stepdaughter Julie Anderson (Ted); her stepgrandsons, Hunter (Rachel) and Liam; and her brother-in-law John Beattie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
