It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Audrey Wittig of Osceola, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nis Hansen and Mabel Hansen; her husband Miles Wittig; her son-in-law Chopper Geske (Duane); her sister-in-law Dorothy Hansen; her children, David (Mandy) of River Falls, Susan Wittig-Geske of Stillwater and Brad (Pam) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Nicole Freeman (Matt), Alex Wittig (Rachel Chavey), Ken Wittig (Katie), Neal Geske (Allie), Eric Wittig, Ashley Gilleland (David) and Anna Lange (Matt); her great grandchildren, Asher Wittig-Chavey, Elias Wittig-Chavey, Elliot Gilleland, Miles Geske, Leo Freeman and Jameson Wittig; and her brother Robert Hansen. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, extended family, and many friends.

“Audrey is my father’s first cousin. She and Miles were loyal, regular visitors to my parents, Earl and Myra Hansen. My wife Gloria and I were fortunate to have been able to share those visits, wherever my parents were living at the time and at the Wittig farm. We have many great memories and shall miss them both very much. Our daughter Erica and sister in law Carole share Audrey’s birthday. Earl and Myra have passed as well. Here’s to wishing them all the ultimate quality time in paradise.”
