With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Winifred Hallmark of Orfordville, Wisconsin, born in Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 21, 2021 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Gempeler and Winifred Gempeler (Nelson); her husband Charles Hallmark; her brother Robert Gempeler; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Hallmark, Richard Hallmark, Robert Hallmark, Dolores Levin and Connie Fuchs.

She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Gianitsos (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Alexia (Amauri) and Dimitri (Mikala); her son Gary (Cheryl Woodstock); her grandchildren, Erica, Matt, Cody and Grace; and her siblings-in-law, Mahlon (Peggy), Shirley Hallmark, Nancy Schnabel, Fort Wayne, Virginia Detra (Richard) and Sheila Gempeler.
