He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Hause and Lillian J. Hause; his siblings, Gerald Hause (Sandy) of Gwinn, MI, Richard Hause (Kitty) of Baraboo, WI, Steven Hause (Barbi) of Baraboo, Nancy Rosser (James) of Clackamas, OR and Susan Kieffer (William) of Waunakee, WI; his nephew Tony; and his niece Nikki.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Dawn Ballweg (Mick) of Verona and Michelle Holland (Brian) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Courtney, Brianna, Zachery, Michael, Brandon, Tiffany and Brooke; his great grandchild Tahlia; and his brother-in-law Gary Able (Marlene) of Boise, ID. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
